Just like the gym, you've gotta work your social muscles in order for them to grow, and they don't grow overnight!
However, past clients have noticed improvements in their interactions with others, within a few short weeks.
Individual results will vary depending on a variety of factors including your goals, experience level and other lifestyle factors.

It certainly appears that way, after all, how did we all learn how to socialise growing up?
We had Math lessons, we had English, we even had gym, but we never had social classes right! We just had to figure it out ourselves on the playground. Some of us were more naturally intuitive and worked it out, while some of us felt stuck.
Reality is, if you took ANY subject, Math, English, whatever, and let the kids "work it out for themselves", the same thing would happen, some would pick it up, and others wouldn't.
Social skills are a skill, just like anything else.

Imagine a kid turns up one day to learn basketball and the coach says, 'Ok kid, here's the ball, you bounce it like this, you shoot like that, now there's you team out ready to play again that other team, we will all be here watching, now go!"
What's going to happen to that kid when he goes out on that court? He'll freeze!
Why? Seems obvious with this analogy, because he hasn't practiced.
We wouldn't do that to a kid, yet so many coaching company's do this to adults, they throw them in the deep end, and it creates anxiety.
At Social Fitness, much like a good sports coach, we train you in a class so you can make the mistakes without feeling silly or judged and feel ready when it's game time.
